Your safety is our number one concern. On each retreat’s web page, we have outlined how we will be taking COVID pre-cautions based on the country’s guidelines. Rest assured, we will only run this retreat if it is safe to do so. If you have any specific questions, after reviewing the retreats COVID measures and our Terms and Conditions, you can simply email us at hello@littleinkplayshop.com
We take all tribe travelers on a first come first serve basis, so our suggestion would be for you to coordinate to register all participating friends and family at the same time. Email us at hello@littleinkplayshop.com that you’re traveling together and we’ll be sure to make accommodations, where needed, on your behalf!
We don’t like surprises and will not surprise you. Our preliminary itinerary is available on the retreat web-page that gives a good idea of what we’ll be doing. It’s preliminary because we are currently confirming reservations and always working to improve your experience. But not worry, before you come to the retreat, we will be releasing a final schedule to all confirmed travel tribe members!
Not to worry! As we solidify your plans, we will definitely get to know you before you arrive through various formats - questionnaires, phone calls, and our private community. So we’ll be fully prepared for you when you arrive and do our best to customize your needs, as necessary. Your host is very experienced in dealing with people of all particulars, because she also has her own – so absolutely no need to worry!
Once payment is made, our intention is for you to simply show up ready to board your flight from NYC to our retreat and we’ll take care of the rest! The total price will cover flight from NYC -> Japan and back, accommodation, some food, all group activities, and JR Rail Pass transportation during the retreat. Be sure to bring extra spending money for souvenirs and additional activities. You will be responsible and required to obtain your own travel insurance.

Partially. The retreat’s departure city is NYC. You will be responsible for getting to and from your flight leaving from NYC’S JFK airport.
